We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in

so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. We will accommodate emergencies as much as possible. We request a courtesy call of 24-hours in advance of cancelling if at all possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Advanced Dental Care
does
not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Accepted Insurance Carriers
We are providers for United Concordia and Delta Dental however, we accept ALL other insurance and will file for benefits to be sent directly to the patient. Patients are expected to pay their co-pay portion if they are insured with one of our providers or pay in full for services rendered that day by the doctor.
